Summer Internships in London: Living Abroad

Visa - Very Important!

All students applying for an internship program in the U.K. are required to obtain a student visa before departure. Students should visit their local British consulate website (www. britainusa.com) to find further information on what they will need to submit to the consulate in order to obtain a British student visa.

A list of required application materials will be mailed to your permanent home address as well as posted on the student portal at www.aifsabroad.com/login.

Kensington facilities

You will live and study in Kensington, one of the most picturesque areas of central London. Classrooms, the library, computer lab and coffee shop are clustered in a residential area of the borough. Within walking distance of half a dozen museums and three Royal parks, Kensington provides easy access to shopping, sports and entertainment. Jogging, horseback riding and boating are available in Hyde Park.
